Tính năng Archive của Instagram ẩn bài đăng và Stories khỏi hồ sơ công khai mà không xóa khỏi máy chủ Meta. Archive vs xóa vs sao lưu

Instagram Archive lưu gì
Posts and Reels
- Tap ⋯ on a post → Archive (or from profile, select posts in bulk on some builds).
- Archived posts leave the public grid and hashtag feeds but remain in Profile → menu → Archive → Posts archive.
- Likes and comments history on that post typically remain associated while archived — followers cannot see the post.
Stories
- Stories auto-archive if Save story to archive is enabled: Settings and activity → Archiving and downloading → Save story to archive.
- Otherwise, Stories disappear after 24 hours unless you manually save to Highlights or Archive.
Live broadcasts
- Some accounts can save Live replays to Archive depending on settings and region.
Archive does not include DMs, saved collections from other people's posts, or draft posts you never published.

- Open Instagram and go to your profile.
- Open the post or Reel.
- Tap ⋯ (three dots) in the top-right.
- Select Archive.
- Confirm — the post disappears from your grid immediately.

Cách bỏ archive
- Go to your profile → menu (☰) → Archive.
- Open the Posts archive or Stories archive tab.
- Select the item.
- Tap ⋯ → Show on profile (wording may read Unarchive).
Bài về vị trí đăng ban đầu trên grid — không phải trên cùng như bài mới.
Bỏ archive không gửi thông báo cho follower. Bài chỉ hiện lại trên grid và feed.
Có sắp xếp lại bài Instagram không?
Không — Instagram 2026 không có kéo-thả reorder cho bài đã đăng. Grid theo ngày đăng; ngoại lệ bài ghim — giống trên tài khoản cá nhân Creator Business.
- Thứ tự grid đẹp — archive bài gây rối hoặc xóa đăng lại (mất engagement) — không phải reorder thật.
- Chuyển bài sang tài khoản khác — không hỗ trợ; xem sao lưu Instagram.
- Ẩn không mất — Archive là công cụ đúng.

Archive vs Highlights

Vì sao Archive không phải sao lưu
Nội dung archive cần đăng nhập Instagram hoạt động. Meta vô hiệu tài khoản — Archive cũng mất. Tương tự:

Archive và Stories: thời gian
Stories live biến mất khỏi feed follower sau 24 giờ trừ khi lưu. Với Save story to archive, Story vào Archive → Stories archive chỉ bạn phát. Highlights xây bộ sưu tập công khai từ Stories archive — hữu ích FAQ hoặc ra mắt sản phẩm.
Không auto-save Story mất sau hết hạn — trừ quay màn hình thủ công. Không archive hồi tố Stories đã hết hạn.
Close Friends and custom audience Stories follow the same expiry rules; archiving saves your copy regardless of who originally saw the Story.
Re-sharing an archived Story to your live Story ring creates a new 24-hour window — the archived original remains in the folder unless you delete it.
Bài ghim và thẩm mỹ grid
Mỗi tài khoản ghim tối đa ba bài hoặc Reels trên cùng; cái thứ tư cần bỏ ghim. Ghim ảnh hưởng ấn tượng đầu nhưng không đổi thứ tự thời gian bên dưới. Creator thường archive bài cũ sau rebrand.
Lỗi Archive thường gặp
- Assuming Archive frees storage on your phone — it does not; media stays on Meta servers.
- Deleting from Archive thinking it is reversible — Archive delete is permanent like normal delete.
- Archiving instead of exporting before account deletion — deletion removes Archive contents after the grace period.
- Expecting reorder — plan grid aesthetics before publishing, or use pinned posts where available.
